I purchased this snare from Explorer's Percussion in Kansas City a few years back. I'm selling off some of my collection. This drum is a stave hybrid 13x7 comprised of alternating plies of Jarrah and Lemon Scented Gum. It has a beautiful attack with lots of crisp attack and full throaty body to accompany said attack. It has a wide tuning range but prefers the mid to high backbeat range. Has original Snare wires.
