One owner! This D-18 Dreadnaught Martin has had loving care since 1958. The general condition is good to excellent. The finish has some ware ( after 58 years,what would you expect) , and the side has a small (1") crack which does not affect the tone, which is fantastic !! The tuning pegs are new. The frets have been replaced. The neck has been serviced and the action is excellent. This guitar has been played in concerts, gigs and for CD recordings. You can hear it on my CD "Potluck & Friends" (Google).
