For sale, a Vincent Bach Stradivarius large bore C trumpet, model 239GH, with 25S leadpipe. Serial number 660355.This is a fantastic playing instrument in great condition, with only one tiny dint to the top of the bell which I have tried to show in the photographs. Smooth valves, fantastic intonation and a lovely tone. I have used this instrument almost exclusively for orchestra, but also in brass quintet playing.The 25S leadpipe eases the transition between Bb and C trumpet, with a more open blow, and the gold brass bell gives a richness to the sound, but the instrument maintains an ability to 'cut through' when required. A superb instrument!
