This is a very rare bird indeed - the Lorenzo Bluebird, sometimes known as the Blue Jay... Imported to the U.K in the mid to late 70's, I believe from Japan, then later from Korea. This is the premium version, an early version, in vintage cream, very seldom seen and of course, a rather shy and tasty bird!! Custom refurbed with a bridge doctor installed to preserve this vintage queen, we didn't over do the finish as has nice relic look, the action medium low and fully overhauled and lightly restored for your eyes only…I must clarify the action is not high, yet is not low either - set up at 3mm. (should you prefer a lower action then please ask and we can replace the saddle with a fixed, bone saddle and alter the bridge to lower further) This is a responsive guitar with plenty of bass to the voice, lighter on top end, and a sophisticated look. The overall condition is very good for a forty one year old. She has slightly road-worn look, I would say just the right amount of wear to remain interesting - yet if you don't like the relic look then she's not for you… See photo's for a glimpse of this reclusive bird of paradise…...
