If using PayPal we will ship only to the address listed on the PayPal transaction details page. Credit card payments may be made by phone: 248-634-2123. ALL shipments require a buyer's signature. Under no circumstances will merchandise be shipped without a signature requirement. Windshoppe will provide all tracking information to the buyer upon shipment. International Transactions We will ship only to the continental United States or through the eBay Global Shipping Program for qualifying purchases. Returns All used instruments sold by Windshoppe through eBay auctions are guaranteed to be as described and may be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping charges. If intending to return the instrument buyer must notify Windshoppe within 5 days of receipt of the instrument. The return period begins on the day the merchandise was received by the buyer as verified by the shipping company's tracking information. Instruments must, of course, be returned in their original condition and should be in the original packing carton and materials. Under no circumstances may returned instruments be "serviced" or "repaired" during the trial period. Return shipping charges including insurance covering the full purchase price are the responsibility of the buyer. Damaged Merchandise * Merchandise damaged while in the buyer's possession will not be accepted for return. * Merchandise damaged during shipping: The buyer is responsible for inspecting packaging and merchandise immediately upon arrival. If damage to the merchandise has occurred during shipping, the buyer must immediately notify Windshoppe by phone or email so that we may instruct the buyer as to how to proceed. Under no circumstances should the merchandise be returned to Windshoppe prior to having it inspected by a representative of the shipping company at the buyer's premises. Windshoppe will not refund payment for any item(s) damaged during shipping if the buyer has failed to meet any of the above mentioned conditions.
