WATCH THE VIDEO FIRST !! Up for your consideration we have a rare Amperite RA-1 ribbon microphone (resto-mod) We put all new guts in this mic. The mic was a high Z mic and the transformer was shot. We completely refurbished this mic top notch as we do all our mics. We made it look like the day it was built back in 1935. These were the first of the ribbon mics that Amperite made then they made other that looked more fancy. This mic sounds just like the RCA 74b or 44 -- we put our RCA's next to this mic and it sounds just like them or better. This is the 2'nd one of these types that we've ever done. We use paypal only and expect payment due after the sale.FetHead is a low-noise, high quality, in-line microphone preamplifier. It provides improved sound for Ribbon and Dynamic microphones. The electronics are housed in a robust metal chassis with a balanced 3-pole female XLR input and a balanced 3-pole male XLR output, rugged enough for use at home, in the studio or on tour.Features
