The wenge neck sports a wenge fretboard with 24 jumbo bronze frets that have been crafted with Warwick's Invisible Fretwork Technology. Electronically, this bass is really decked out. It sports two MEC J pickups wired to an active MEC preamp. The controls are volume, balance, treble and bass. The volume knob also doubles as a preamp push/pull bypass. The case that comes with this instrument isn't so much a case as it is a bomb shelter for your bass. It has to be one of the most durable and protective cases you can get for any instrument. Also included is a Certificate of Authenticity hand signed by Warwick founder Hans-Peter Wilfer and a user's kit.
