'65 Reissue U Serial (2010) Fender Mustang in Dakota Red with White Pearl Pickguard.Wonderful vintage specification '65 RI slab body Fender Mustang in the awesome Dakota Red finish with white 3-ply Pearl pickguard (a great combination)! Astoundingly well put together as you'd expect from Fender Japan. Poplar body with Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard. She has no repairs or modifications. Neck is dead straight, truss rod fine with plenty of life left in the frets. Structurally and electrically fine. This little guy has been very well cared for with just the occasonial very minor little scuff or dimple. Super resonant with the Poplar body and really easy to play, just like a great Mustang should be. It captures that Mustang action & sound in spades. Complete with trem arm, & gig bag. A very cool '65 RI Fender Mustang in a rare colour (most you will see will be in Candy Apple Red). Built immaculately as you'd expect from Fender Japan. No more are of these exceptional quality instruments are being built by Fender Japan so now is the time to snap them up.
