This is my never used , still in the box QSC 5050A. It has been out of the box and that is all. Not a re manufactured one, I paid over $1800 for it new and just never used it. It comes with its cord and the mounting bracket's for rack-mount. The manual did not come with it but is available on-line. Thanks for checking out my item.
