Yard sale find, I do not know the history of it. Sold as is. The panel was painted brown, I got most of it off with a plastic scraper and some solvent. It plays, I turned it up to 2 and got a really warm tone. At 2-1/2, it starts breaking up. I didn't go higher than that because I don't know how old the tubes are or when it was last serviced. One wire at a tube socket was cut, maybe that's why it breaks up so early. There are two transformer wires taped off, my guess is it was a replacement transformer that had more wires than needed for this model. I put some flex tubing and electrical tape on the wires to protect them from the edge of the transformer casing. The tweed is still under the vinyl covering, though I assume the vinyl was glued to it and probably won't come off clean.
Sold as is.Shipping $45 to the US lower 48. It will be in an oversize box and fully insured. Must be an address that Fedex Ground ships to. If you use a PO box for your primary, please provide a physical address that I can ship to. Sorry no shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APO, etc and no international shipping. > > >
