Here's a link to me playing this Lazy River Weissenborn that I have for sale http://www.picosong.com/HEZrIt was hand made in the USA in August this year  by established luthier Rance White. I am the only owner. Lazy River Weissenborns have a worldwide reputation as a top end Weissenborn regarding tone. Rance White is a sole luthier who fully builds his own Weissenborn style guitars. I'm offering it for a ridiculously cheap starting price and hoping people will bid it up, but if you get it for the starting price or close to it you would have got the bargain of the century.Included is the installed K&K Pure Mini pickup (a soundboard pickup), which is a world class pickup with a fantastic reputation. You'll see hundreds of comments about this pickup over at the Martin guitar forum at www.umgf.com ---- just type  K&K into the search box there. The pickup was installed by Rance White. Also, a solid, hard case is included (which has plenty of height, so that the guitar doesn't press against the case's lid when it's closed). This Lazy River is made from all solid "African" mahogany top/back/sides ...... it's definitely not the cheap "sapele" wood that a lot of people call mahogany. It's made of "real" mahogany that produces "real" tone and resonance. The guitar is highly resonant on both bass and treble strings. The tone is balanced, with an even volume level between the bass and treble strings.   Top quality Grover tuners are used. The scale length is 25 inches. The depth of the sides at the deepest is 3 and 1/8 inches. The wood is in perfect condition.  The height of the strings at the nut is 3/8 inches, which is more than enough room for any capo ---- I use the Beard Weissenborn capo. The first 4 photos are better quality photos and were taken several months ago by the builder when the guitar was brand new. All other photos were taken this week. There's absolutely nothing wrong with this guitar physically and nothing wrong at all with it's beautiful, resonant, lush tone. I am now purchasing a model 4 Weissenborn with all the decorative bells and whistles, and that is costing me a fortune, so the sale of this Lazy River plus several other guitars I own will help to pay for it (I'll also be putting up my last Taylor Mini guitar for sale----I've recently owned 2 of them).Depending on where you live, courier shipping should be from about $50 up to $95 or so including insurance. If you want a precise shipping quote before you bid,  please contact me with your location. I have shipped many instruments over the years from here. I always do my best to properly pack any instrument I send.Thanks.
