Classic 1922 Buescher Tru-tone Gold-plated curved soprano fully overhauled with original case. This sax is RARE. Serial number 86863. New pads, corks and springs. Very mellow sweet sounding curved soprano. Here's a flat recording through a condenser mic, Ward Beck preamp into 24 bit 96k digital, no processing or EQ: soundcloud.com/user-698874916/sopran04wav The gold plating is about 95%. It has been well taken care of the past 90 years or so. Compare the cost of paying for gold plating on a newer sax. Don't let this rare piece fall through the cracks. Although the best mouthpiece for this horn would be the original Beuscher Soprano Trutone, I will include a vintage Berg Larsen 70/1 offset SMS mouthpiece ($300 value) which compliments the horn very well. The price was just lowered on reverb.com if you'd like to check the listing: reverb.com/item/2200421-1920s-beuscher-tru-tone-curved-soprano-gold-plate
