Offered is a brand new Germantown hybrid 3/4 size upright bass. The Germantown Violin Company id located in Maryland and has been manufacturing quality basses since 1996. These basses are set up here in our own shop by our head luthier for optimum playability. The adjustable bridges are cut, fingerboards carved, nuts recut or replaced. Every bass also receives a ToneRite tone treatment (see photo). Strung with Helicore strings for a great sound. A new quality 3/4 bow and gig bag are included. All of these hybrid basses have a solid hand carved spruce top and flamed maple back and sides. Excellent workmanship and detail go into every instrument. Quality hardware including a notched endpin.
