She plays & sounds fantastic. Hard to find in this condition!USA Made!Only made for 2 yearsFender's Jimi Hendrix Voodoo Stratocaster® recreates the sound made famous by the voodoo music master himself--Jimi Hendrix--for the righthanded player. The Voodoo Stratocaster has a right-handed alder body, a one-piece maple neck with reverse headstock, 21 medium jumbo frets, vintage pickups with reversed staggered pole pieces and reverse angle bridge pickup, a right-handed vintage bridge, rosewood or maple fretboard, and vintage "F" tuners. Comes factory equipped with genuine Fender strings for optimum tone and performance.Guitar players universally agree that Hendrix achieved his signature sound in part because he was a left-handed guitar player who played a right-handed Stratocaster strung left-handed. The reverse bridge pickup angled down towards the bass string produces a unique sound that differs from a standard Stratocaster bridge pickup. The low strings are much brighter and more articulate and the high strings are warmer and fuller. When a right-handed guitar is strung lefthanded, the change in string tension and the reverse staggered pole pieces on the pickups have a direct effect on the tone, which is how Hendrix made his high strings scream and achieved pure, clear tones on his low strings. Since it's a challenge to play a guitar body that's upside down with all the knobs and the tremolo in the way, Fender made it easy for the right-handed player to comfortably obtain the Hendrix sound. Everything on the Voodoo Strat is designed to give all the sonic benefits of playing an upside-down Strat like the original guitar that Hendrix used, only on a right-handed body.____Specifications: Colors: Olympic whiteModel Number: 010-6602 (011-6602)Body: Right-handed Alder BodyNeck:  Quarter Sawn Rock Hard MapleFingerboard: Rosewood (9.5" radius)Scale Length: 25.5" (648 mm)No. of Frets: 21 Medium-jumboWidth Nut: 1.650" (42 mm)Machine Heads: Fender/Schaller Vintage "F"Pickups: 3 Vintage-style Alnico Magnet Single-coil with Reverse-Staggered Pole PiecesPickup Switching: 5-way Controls: Master Volume, Tone (neck), Tone (mid)Pickguard: 3-ply white (W/B/W)Bridge: "Original" Synchronized TremoloUnique Features: Reverse-angled Bridge Pickup; Reversed,Large '60s Reverse Headstock with "transition" Logo DecalGuitar is 100% guaranteed to be as described or your money back. I am not a music store just a middle aged guy who loves guitars. I use to play drums and guitar until I broke my neck in a diving accident in 1991. Left me a quad in a wheelchair for the long haul...Can't move my fingers anymore to play. I really enjoy buying, selling and trading guitars as a hobby to give me something to do...Also get to meet some great people along the way....Wish I could still play but hey I can still look and love them right...If you decide to buy one of my guitars you can rest assure it will be as described...keep rockin'God Bless, Greg
