The following is the details of each component in the system and the least expensive price that I could find on the Internet and E-bay for each one (please look for yourself as well). I'm then adding the price of all the components together for a total and then taking that total and discounting that for a final great deal on the whole system. I purchased this equipment from a gentleman that had used it only five times but was in need of some money. I used it once and it has been in my storage ever since. Whoever does purchase this equipment will quickly see that these components are like brand new. 1 - RSQ NEO-22 Multi Format Karaoke with Recording Function. CD/CD+G/DVD/MP3/MP3+G/DIVX/MPEG/VCD. Video output jack in rear. Note: the case is in good condition, however the clasps have some minor surface rust that can be easily removed. - $279.99 1 - Middle Atlantic Rack Mnt Grill - $15.20, 1 - Interior rack part for the RSQ NEO-22. - $19.76 1 - Ultimate Support V-Stand (mod. no. VS-88B). Can support heavy equipment. Adjustable height and width. Built in cable management system with clips. Innovative storage design making storage and transport quick and easy. Note: The stand is in good condition, however if you look at the picture, it is missing the 2 rubber caps on the ends of the top support and I believe there are some other minor parts that are missing as well, but I don't really know what they are because they don't interfere at all with the functioning of the stand and it works really great.
