The neck is made from the dark colored, smooth playing wood wenge, and the fretboard is baked maple. Electronically, this bass packs quite a punch with two passive MEC MM Special Customshop humbuckers. Both are wired to a powerful active preamp that'll let you dial in your exact sound. Each pickup has a mini toggle switch for series/parallel/single coil selection. The case that comes with this instrument isn't so much a case as it is a bomb shelter for your bass. It has to be one of the most durable and protective cases you can get for any instrument. Also included is a Certificate of Authenticity hand signed by Warwick founder Hans-Peter Wilfer and a user's kit.
