This one is difficult to part with... An incredible sounding 1996 Matchless D/C-30 in original matching cabinet with a roadcase. The color of this amp is a light gray which I hope the photos portray. Sound - The D/C-30 is by far one of my favorite amps of all times and this one is no exception. It has no issues at all, is whisper quiet at even higher volumes but if you crank everything you will hear a little buzz because this amp is LOUD. It has had the tubes replaced with JJ EL84's and a Ruby 5AR4 rectifier tube. All lights are currently working and illuminate the faceplate magically. Condition - Cosmetically this D/C-30 looks great, I've strived to take very high quality photos of any cosmetic flaws. It has definitely been gigged with over the last 20 years (wow, already??). A testament to the Matchless build quality - there are a handful of scrapes but no major damage to the amp. A fair amount of scuffing is visible to the tolex on the bottom of the amp from being lifted in and out of it's roadcase likely (not photographed). Various edges have scrapes or rips (photographed). The front of the amp still looks amazing like it was cared for it's whole life. It is a lovingly used D/C-30 and shows it but is structurally in solid condition, these were built like tanks! Shipping - The amp will ship in the roadcase which provides more protection than any box could. The last D/C-30 that we sold had a roadcase and made it to NY safely. Keep in mind, there may be dings and dents on the roadcase from shipping, this is normal and expected. Any major damage should be reported immediately. International - If you live internationally and have an interest in this amp, please email me first so I may get you a quote.
