The DA-302 is the world's only dual DAT recorder, bringing the convenience of a dual cassette deck to the DAT format.The main advantages to the DA-302 are in DAT duplication, long play/record applications, or live production with multiple sources.The DA-302 is SCMS FREE and can duplicate DATs at 2X, offering tremendous time savings when making back-ups, or distribution copies. Time code and 24 bit DATs can be duplicated at 1x.The unit has just been checked by us at to ensure it works flawlessly and comes with 3 Months Warranty. The mechanisms in this particular deck are GEAR DRIVEN (NO BELTS), so no more need for those tiny hard to find belts that give Error 01.It has the latest and most stable Firmware Version installed which is V1.3, not 1.0, 1.1 or 1.2. The V1.3 Firmware has been issued right before the discontinuance of the DA-302 so only a handful of DA-302s ever had this firmware installed.The RARE LA-D302 OPTIONAL Balanced Amplifier Kit is also present offering balanced IN/OUT connections.Both decks work like a Swiss watch, please see ERROR RATE photos, drum hours are 193Hrs / 186Hrs. (Add 1-2 hrs for pre-dispatch testing).The unit is in excellent condition with just some marks on top which won't be seen once racked.
