We are in Hawaii, USA which is either 3- 6 hours earlier than the mainland U.S. We will be grumpy with 3 am phone calls. * I will combine multiple items and adjust postage. .We are mailing from Hawaii -zone 8 so the U.S. postage rate is slightly more than the shipping between states on the mainland. I try to use Flat rate U.S. Priority mail for heavy items that will fit in those boxes. Please note that items sent by Parcel Post or Media mail ( for books) is the most economical but the mail can take a long time to the mainland. Its been averaging anywhere from 1- 3 weeks but can take up to 4-6 weeks depending on where you live on the mainland & time of year.
