The Grandwork™ Squaring Platform presents a flat surface parallel to the horizontal plane of a grand action. Raise the height of the platform so that its sliding top will extend over the backchecks with the keys at rest. Then, fine-tune each corner to the same height using the (provided with a RS). Sliding top contracted, use a from its surface to travel shanks vertically. Then, sliding top extended, support shanks on the support rail to square hammers at strike (set up with a ) with a . For hammer hanging, secure the on the sliding top. Hang a section at a time, the shanks having first been traveled to vertical. Because space is restricted, use a (included with the HH Jig) to keep hammers vertical during hanging. Or hang them by eye and later, when the Jig has been removed, correct them with a full-sized Hammer Square.
