The Grandwork™ Squaring Platform Lite is designed to regulate the verticality of a grand action section by section. It functions exactly like the full action , except that it is only 21" wide. Adjust the legs to just clear backchecks at rest and use the depth/angle gauge to true up the four corners. The sliding top is contracted over the base for traveling shanks to vertical with a and extended over the backchecks for squaring hammers to vertical with a . At the front edge of the sliding top is a support rail. With the support, lift hammers by their shanks to be at strike for squaring. Using the Regulating Rack Lite, lift with the support two samples for each section up to strike and secure with the three support thumb nuts. Then remove the RR Lite for squaring the hammers.
