The Collection Series includes the Angelus Cutaway acoustic-electric guitar, a prime example of the guitar maker's acoustic lathery, featuring PRS' proprietary bracing and pickup system. Located in Maryland, a small team of PRS luthiers hand-make the heirloom-quality guitars to bring you exquisite tone and playability. With unwavering attention to tone and details, the Angelous has a 15.5-inch cutaway body with a mahogany back and sides, and a European spruce top with maple purfling. The Peruvian mahogany "wide" neck gains an ultra-smooth feel with the addition of the cocobolo fretboard, allowing you to produce lush tones. Keeping with the PRS tradition, the neck features bird and standard rosette inlays. You'll also find a cocobolo bridge, a nut and saddle made from bone, and proprietary Robson-Designed tuners. Striking a balance between modern and traditional aesthetics, the Angelus boasts a sweet midrange, crisp lows, clear highs and lasting sustain.
