If you're a fan of Yes, Rush, Genesis, The Police, Led Zeppelin and many others who use them, you've heard the powerful sound of these bass pedals. The first Taurus Bass Pedals were introduced in the 1970s and quickly became a fixture in inventive rock. The original Taurus was recognized for its unique sound, which had to do with patented circuitry. Moog went back to the older Taurus and meticulously recreated their sound in the Taurus 3. Moog manufactured only about 1500 of the Taurus 3 and it is now out of production. This set, T3-1194, of which I am the original owner, has been lovingly taken care of and transported in its custom ATA road case (which is included). It has been upgraded to the latest software (Version 2.0.2) and includes all of the documentation it came with, including the owners manual, authentication certificate and Moog product news. This Taurus 3 and its road case are in exceptionally good shape. Includes 52 presets with sounds ranging from bass to lead. Additionally, it features MIDI, wooden side panels, a real-time arpeggiator and lighted, foot-controlled volume and control wheels that pulse at the LFO frequency. All this and heavy duty, American craftsmanship. (You can read more about the features and specs at the Moog website.) The Taurus 3 will be shipped via UPS Ground in its road case and fully insured.
