D-TWO APACHE V.S.E.E. SHADOWS RACKA great combination of real tube pre-amplification, combined with the most powerful machine of delays, with the appropriate wiring, makes this machine the most modern and effective way to play the old sounds of The Shadows, and all the other legendary bands of the '60s.The D-2 delay system has the capability to emulate up to 10 multiple heads, each with adjustable delay time, signal strength, and choice of selection. To further emulate that vintage sound a small amount of modulation is added to simulate tape wow and movement. Unlike many digital delay systems the D-TWO APACHE offers a vintage style of gradual degradation as the echo fades, just like tape saturation effect on older systems. The results are very musical delays that create a great deal of distance to the tailing echo effects.The combined system is housed in a professional rack mount system and has the benefit of working on all voltages from 110-240V AC, so use in Japan, America and Europe presents no problem. The equipment has CE/UL certified internal mains power supplies, so no wall wart plugs with reliability problems exist.To assist in performance use live, the system offers midi program switching using optional midi foot controller, and a bypass switch.The sound can be passed to any suitable guitar amplifier in mono use, or can be offered in stereo out put for use in recording situations.The D-TWO APACHE offers 100 user presets which have been engineered to recreate exact replications of vintage tape and drum echo machines from 1960’s period. The processing power of the world famous TC Electronics D-Two Rhythm Delay has been used in major studios as the de-facto system for professional delay. It is a reliable and proven system with huge potential for many amazing sounds.
