I bought this new in June '15. I installed a bone saddle and bone bridge pins. It has a Fishman under-saddle pickup. This is sort of a "poor man's" D-18. I think this is an awesome sounding guitar. Solid Spruce top and Solid Sapele (African Mahogany) Back and sides. Has a satin finish. The spec for the neck on these is a Stratabond laminate (which is pretty ugly, IMHO). Much to my surprise, this guitar has a Sipo, solid wood neck. I sent an e-mail to the factory with my serial number and they replied confirming that there was a temporary shortage of the Stratbond necks and they shipped a few of these with the Sipo necks, which was essentially a free upgrade. These sell new for around $829 most places. Includes the original hard shell case. There is one ding on the back/upper bout. I tried to get a good picture, but it's apparently easier to feel and/or see in person than to photograph. I've found another guitar which I think suits me and my playing a bit better, and that is the only reason I'm selling.
