This item is in great condition, all keys and pads work. There is a few buttons like the shift and rewind button that are a little pushy but that's just from normal wear and tear. They work just have to push a little bit harder than if the product was brand new. Also included is a hard gator case with wheels, PC card attachment, 3 memory cards, power cord, manual, keyboard stand. 64mb of sampling ram is also included in the fantom. I've had this baby for around 12 years and hate that I'm giving it up but I just don't have time for it like I used to.
