This combination is a masterpiece......... not to sound too gloat y. I added the two premier GIBSON humbucker combination (Burstbucker 1 and Burstbucker 3). Each of these buckers is five to seven years old so they have that old-school bite that some new ones have lost. The Gibsons fit perfectly and also matched well with the PRS electronics which are minimal in this guitar. But if it is sound and tone you want, you've found it here. Light hollow body moves sound waves until buckers broadcast them with that friendly distortion. In fact, I bet this guitar does not weigh much more than six pounds............. so it is a joy of stage. And the pups give it every bit of stage sound that you will ever need.One other interesting sidelight, these pups in this guitar are very open to effects boxes. Its funny but the guitar seems to accept the boost without squacking. Also of note, even though this guitar is a hollow body, it seems to have little trouble with feedback although I can speak for a loud sound stage.All and all....... a great guitar (PRS action with Gibson tone) Unique as Hell!
