This is one of the greatest sounding guitar that I've ever owned, and I've owned more than 40 of them. It's one of the early Mcinturff Royal model that is handmade and with the best craftsmanship. Near Mint condition. Will rate it 9/10. This has been occasional played as any good guitar should be but never abused. It has been always stored in a climate and humidity control studio in its case. Might be a few hairline scratches here and there that are nearly impossible to photograph. One very small chip on the headstock. NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE.The thing I love the most is the sustain. It has sustain for days and because of the unique soundhole design, which Mr. Mcinturff has spent years to perfect, best voice guitar and together with the unique neck to body design (look it up please,) the sustain is also consistent almost throughout the entire neck - no more deadspot. this is big step up from the old Gibson semihollow design, while still keep the integrity of the tone. The tone is on the warm side like all the other semi hollow but definitely has some bites. The guitar is very easily played. Smooth up and down the neck. It currently has med to low action. It is also very lightweight. The original certificate is included. The case is a bit old but still solid and works like a champ. This was a 2.5K guitar when first ordered, and if you want to get any of the newer Mcinturfff, that is an easily 5k bill.Why am I selling it? I bought too many guitars when I was a serious musician, but now the amount of playing can no longer justify owning these many axes; my style has gradually shifted back to jazz - where I started in school. I would rather find them a good home than having them sitting in my closet. Buying a guitar online sometimes could be a bit worrying but I've sold more than 20 high end guitars/amps throughout the year on the bay, and each of them is very happy with the purchase. Please look at the pictures carefully and let me know if you had any questions.
