He is widely known for building and designing for such icons as Billy Gibbons, Eddie Van Halen, Steven Wilson, and Steve Howe. Jeff personally selects the highest quality tone woods for all of his handmade instruments.Neck:These necks have a smooth “C” shape neck profile, Jeff necks utilizes a compound radius fretboard. In this way the fretboard radius gradually changes from 9.5" at the nut, to 12" at the 22nd fret. This allows for lower string action height, and cleaner string bending, especially above the 12th fret.Hardware:Every guitar is fitted with Jeff’s patented Full Contact Hardware bridge system, US Pat# 8,525,008. Jeff’s revolutionary design directly couples the strings to the instruments body, substantially improving sustain and tone.
