Up for auction this week is country superstar Marty Stuart's 1996 Paul Beard Round Neck Resonator Guitar. Pretty cool item that I am very tempted to keep but I had the opportunity to purchase two of his guitars and I am going to keep his Original McKnight Deacon and sell this one. I believe this is custom mounted with Barcus Berry pick ups. Comes with a letter from Paul Beard to Marty Stuart, case and two slides. Plays and sounds great!Overall condition is pristine. There is a minor surface scratch on the outside edge of neck right below the 12th fret but it won't show up in any pictures. There are a few small areas of light bleaching to the natural finish. Specifically down by the tone controls, on the upper right corner, what looks almost like drips on the upper left corner and just at the edge of the resonator at 11:00.
