Here we have an awesome 1984 Roland G-707 electric guitar synthesizer controller featuring dual humbuckers rated at 8.4k Ohms in the neck and 15.9k in the bridge, three-way pickup selector switch, volume and tone controls, adjustable truss rod, whammy bar, Roland tremolo bridge, and synth controls. The radically designed wedge shaped eight pound Roland G-707 controller with stabilizer bar has an ash body. The 22 fret maple neck has a medium “C” profile, rosewood fretboard with a scale length of 25 1/2" and a nut width of 1 11/16", 12” radius, and dot inlays. This electric guitar is in very good condition, sounds amazing and comes with original hard shell case. The G-707 is the flashy guitar controller which connects to the 700 via 24 pin cable. On the 707 guitar are knobs for the cut-off edit and LFO modulation! So now you can play synth sounds with the guitar instead of a keyboard. The GR-700 is a six voice polyphonic with two DCO's per voice which means analog oscillators and sounds with digital stability and control. The typical assortment of a resonant lowpass filter, ADSR envelope, LFO and oscillator sections are here with easy and straight-forward programming. The GR-700 and G-707 are used by Cirrus, Tim Skold with MDFMK, Amir Derakh of Orgy, Charlie Singleton of Cameo, T.G.Noyes, King Crimson, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, and Andy Summers of the Police.
Just to be clear, both the Roland G-707 guitar controller and Roland G-700 polyphonic programmable guitar synthesizer system are included in this sale. The Roland GR-700 guitar controller comes with original hard shell case and foot controller with 16' 24 pin cable, and a power cable. The system offers a wide range of 80's analog synth tones.  This system allows the user to play synth sounds from the guitar utilizing oscillators, preset and user memory, low pass filter, and chorus effects. The Roland GR-700 system utilizes the same engine as the Roland JX3P.  The system is in excellent condition and everything is working fine. It shows minimal wear.  Jimmy Page was an early endorsee and King Crimson, Andy Summer of the Police and Amir Derakh of Orgy all played this system.
