A STEAL at this price!Model 55 round neck Dobro with wood body.Made in Los Angeles in 1929!Although the logo has a red border, there is still no serial number. . . .mid 1929 probably.Closet find.Stupid clean. . . .museum quality.Almost mint. . . .just a few dings.Excellent neck angle with good string break over saddle.The fretboard is Beanwood with pearloid binding. . . .by early 1930, both Red bean and Makkochuba were replaced by Rosewood.Low string 12th. fret string height.Plays very well indeed.The original cone looks like new!Original case shows some wear but has protected the instrument very well.
