"Delicious" is the word that comes to mind when I look at this guitar. This is one of my favorite Gibsons I've ever seen. This is the "King's Crown" SJ-200 Custom. The inlay work of pearl and abalone is very ornate. The inlays are crowns, hence the moniker "King's Crown." The contrast of the inlays on the jet-black fretboard is beautiful. One very unique feature on this guitar is the abalone border on the fretboard. That's something I haven't seen Gibson do in a long time. You'll have a hard time finding a better looking guitar anywhere.The back and sides of this guitar are the highest quality quilted maple. Where have you ever seen better quilted maple than this?? The figuring is gorgeous! The 3-piece back is a luxurious option that not many guitars are blessed with. The flamed maple neck is highly figured as well.The top is fine-grained Sitka spruce. The tuners are solid pearl imperial-style buttons. The body is inlaid with abalone purfling on the top, back, and sides - something rarely seen on Gibsons.This is one of those once-in-a-lifetime guitars that really stands out from everything else. It is in mint condition.Included with the guitar is the original hardshell case.
