Description
This is really is a one of a kind. I have searched Martin ukulele's on this site for several years trying to find one that could compare to this one. People have asked a lot of money for these fine instruments, but none have compared to the condition this Uke is in. This really belongs in the Martin Co. museum but I am offering it to a SERIOUS BIDDER who enjoys collecting mint condition instruments. The ukulele is made of fine mahogany wood throughout. The tuners are the original tuners that still are tight and don't have any play in them. I have seen a lot of them out here thatj have replacement tuners.....not this one!The only thing that this uke doesn't have is the original bag anymore. It was pretty gross, and I was terribly afraid of putting it inside the bag, because it was a very tight fit, and the metal zipper could dig into the body of the uke, so I disguarded it. This will make a rare find and will showcase your collection. I have seen people ask for much more for an instrument that doesn't even compare to this one. I will include a hard shell case, and will ship via priority mail, and it will be insured to the hilt. PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY!!! NO REFUNDS AT ALL UNLESS THE INSTRUMENT IS DAMAGED. I ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE U.S. SORRY NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. PAYMENT IS BY PAYPAL ONLY AND MUST BE PAID WHEN THE AUCTION IS OVER OR IF YOU BUY IT NOW. I am charging for shipping only because I need to insure this to the fullest. I can share additional pictures if they are needed, but I can assure you that this instrument is almost in the highest grade of condition......it truly is an amazing part of history. GOOD LUCK TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER!! YOU WILL TRULY BE HAPPY YOU BOUGHT THIS PRICELESS INSTRUMENT.
