Up for auction is a used 2003 Fender Highway One Texas Telecaster with a Fender Hardshell Case! Made in the U.S.A. This is the first year Fender made these and they have been discontinued in 2011 I believe. This is in Honey Blonde finish. It differs from the Highway One Telecaster in that it features an ash body, modern C-shaped maple neck, two Hot Vintage single coil Telecaster pickups with alnico 3 magnets, a greasebucket tone circuit and satin nitrocellulose lacquer finish. It also has a 12.5" neck radius, three brass saddles and vintage style tuning machines definitely giving it a vintage vibe. The guitar weighs 8lbs 5ozs on my digital scale. These Highway One Texas Telecasters play and sound awesome making them more sought after these days . This one is used and definitely has some bumps and bruises mainly around the perimeter of the body which I tried to capture in pics. Nonetheless it is in perfect playing and working condition.
