Here is an extremely rare and desirable Meyer Brothers New York 7M Medium chamber baritone sax mouthpiece.
It is one of the fattest and richest baritone mouthpieces you will find and in my opinion offers an even bigger and more pleasing tone than the best Otto Links.I sent the piece to the great Ben Allen and here was his response after doing the most minimal work possible to the piece. Not mentioned below is the very small nick in the shank which was left untouched and has no effect on the performance.This is a rare treasure that can take your sound to the next level. Many pro's throughout the years have chosen these over anything else available.Jim,I hope you're well. I received, lightly sanded, cleaned, and hand polished the piece. Also, I gave the table/rails two hits on granite with 600 grade sand paper and measured everything. The tip rail is original and perfect--all logos and markings--perfect. (It has a beautiful collage of colors in the natural patina.) This piece is gorgeous! Also, the tip is b/t .110" and 115"; it really depends on where it is measured. This may be the best bari mpc. I have played. I copied the dimensions; it's the same curve as on Meyer tenors with a slightly longer facing length Regards,
