This is a beautiful 2008 USA Fender Highway One in very good condition. This tele has had its bridge pickup rout professionally re-routed to accommodate a humbucker and has had a custom, stainless steel bridge mounted. The bridge pickup is now a DiMarzio Tone Zone and I believe the neck pup to still be original. The volume knob is also a coil-splitter. All work was done by a professional luthier.
This is now a very flexible guitar covering a wide range of styles. I like this tele very much but I just can't seem to bond with the jumbo Highway One frets. I currently have several teles that I like so maybe someone can give this instrument a good home. Sorry, no case or gig bag but the guitar will be well packed.
