The top showcases single-ply True Historic Reissue cream binding while top and body are joined with vintage-spec hand-applied hide glue adhesive just as they were back in the '50s.The one-piece, 24.75 -scale mahogany neck is carved into a vintage-correct 1958 Les Paul profile and carries a one-piece, 12 -radius solid Indian rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets for classic Gibson playability and comfort. Just as the originals, the True Historic 1958 Les Paul boasts an authentic reissue neck joint that's fitted to the body with hot hide glue adhesive, a thinner 1958 True Historic Holly head veneer, a nylon nut and a Historic Reissue truss rod with no tubing.
