This unit is new, never used. It has 8 analog in, 8 analog out & the digital card) Includes the PCIe computer card for Apple or PC and connecting cable. I decided to go with the HDX system. It does NOT...I repeat...does NOT include ProTools software. You would have to purchase a monthly or perpetual license from Avid, or buy software on eBay. Good luck!
