You are bidding on an ESP KERRY KING STANDARD V - ESP KKV STANDARD.Only about 50 of these bolt on neck versions were made and are extremely rare, - about the same number produced as the ESP KKV 380 neck thru model.The only reason I am selling this is I have more than one of these.Made in Japan in 1995 with a serial number of 21989, the body and bolt on neck are constructed of Mahogany, 24 jumbo frets, with a Rosewood fret board and diamond inlays. The tremelo system is by Kahler - Pro flyer trem, and the pickups are EMG 81'S in both the bridge and neck positions.The guitar also has an EMG PA2 pre amp booster fitted this is original also.The guitar is used but in very good condition considering it is 21 years old as seen from the photos - has some very minor scratches and wear on it, but "no buckle rash". It has received a professional headstock repair and wing tip/fin restoration work.These guitars are far rarer than any ESP EXP Explorer (Hetfield bolt on version) which was not even a Hetfield signature model.Comes with an original ESP hard case, and case hardware - whammy bar/tremolo arm, allen keys, truss rod wrench etc.The RRP of this guitar in 1995 was $2,195 USD approximately £1,800.00 GBP and has obviously increased in value since then, as the ESP KKV 380'S neck thru models are currently selling for circa £5,000.00 GBP!!!! - and these had an RRP of approximately $3,495.00 USD (approximately £2,800.00 GBP) in 1995.
