This guitar has been kept within the same room for two years with almost no use. I added a Floyd Rose FRX surface mount locking tremolo. In near mint condition, I hate to say mint, because there is always some kind of imperfection on a guitar even new. The case has a couple blemishes, but very minimal as shown in pictures.
