Antique Wilkes patent G Banjo in good original condition with all original parts except one clasp that has broken. Rare to find with the original patent soundhole surround, which is in excellent condition. Dates from about the turn of the last Century. Has been overhauled but not "done up" to spoil the original antique appearance and patina of the metal. A rare banjo. Welcome to try out before you buy. Would prefer a person to person sale to make sure the buyer is happy with the instrument but can post out (price quoted is for GB mainland only, for highlands, islands and NI please ask) I've been advised a price buy I've decided to run it as a Dutch auction whereby I drop the price weekly until it is sold, so if you are potentially interested, keep watching.
