Even Amazon gets thousands of returns. Since you see I work hard at my reputation I ask you to please not use the reason "not as described" as it i detrimental to a seller. Even though you discover a fault with an item it might seem glaring to you but was completely un-intentional so I am asking that you would use a reason other than not as described.
