New, never used, outside of the music store the day it was available. The store price tag, factory string decal, the plastic wrap covering the 50th Anniversary custom case latches shown in blue, and the clear plastic over the pick guard is still on just like it left the music store. This Fender Stratocaster has not even ever been dusted, cleaned, or polished. It has been kept safe and snug inside it's case.
