NY Meyer 5M medium chamber alto sax mouthpiece that was lightly touched up with minimal change to the original facing. With years of playing the left rail had a small nick in it and the tip rail wasnt sealing perfectly. It has been fixed and is what the original tip and facing should measure out to. The tip measures .072mm with a 20mm facing length. Ok, how does it play? This is a career mouthpiece for a pro or studio musician. The baffle is about as perfect as it gets, plenty power and balance of bright and darkness. No ligature or cap, mouthpiece only.
