The 6335 is their most popular all around trumpet- Medium weight- designed to fit very well into both classical and jazz settings. It can project through the loudest bid bands yet blend nicely in a section. It will soar into the highest register yet melt a ballad at lower volumes. More and more top level players are discovering that not only is Yamaha making great trumpets today, that they have been making top trumpets for many years.This one came to me from a high school teacher that got it new in high school - He used it to to play first chair for one year then put it aside and went on to other pursuits. The valves are super fast and smooth and make a good compression "pop" when played against the slides. All slides work perfectly. It had one very small ding on the back bow which I had professionally removed. After a good polish, what you see is a trumpet in terrific condition, as nice to look at as it is to play. You will not find a used trumpet in nicer condition than this. Comes with the original case in great shape and a Yamaha mouthpiece also in good shape- You will want to audition mouthpieces to find your own best fit.Yamaha professional level trumpets now sell new for over $2500. Given the condition of this horn it is your chance to get almost new for a great value.I will ship to the lower 48 states well packed for $35 and elsewhere for actual cost by US Postal service.
