The big standout for me is the Madagascar rosewood body binding and paua pearl top inlay. The neck is solid mahogany as well, and it's carved to Martin's medium low oval neck shape with a performing artist taper. Along with the satin finish, it's one of the smoothest necks around whether you're a breakneck bluegrass player or a folk strummer. Everything has been put together with the most exacting, precise craftsmanship you can imagine. Martins aren't going out of style any time soon.
