Here we have a gorgeous original 1957 National Bolero Model 1123 spanish electric guitar. National guitars of the 1950's had a funky styling all their own; these cool guitars had one foot backwards in having some elements of art deco styling while incorporating elements of mid century, space age modernism. The 25 inch scale length makes this rare beauty an excellent blues guitar.
Action is low to medium and plays perfectly up and down the entire fingerboard. This guitar is setup with what appears to be the original strings. Neck is straight with a slight bit of relief for excellent play. The guitar also features an incredibly warm sounding humbucking pickup. All electronics are in perfect condition with no signs of scratching or hum. Excellent condition original guitar that plays and looks fantastic and comes with the original hard shell case.
