This highly coveted and rare model, designed and built by Leo Fender and George Fullerton The handmade, hand assembled and hand finished Skyhawk is one of the most widely sought early G&L models and features some of the best work from Leo Fender in the pre-BBE era.Featuring a nicely grained ash body with natural finish, and a beautiful rosewood fingerboard. Some of the unique designs which made the early G&L’s such fabulous players include: Full floating Dual Fulcrum Bridge, arguably the best tremolo bridge Leo designed.
