This is a vintage, 1965, Gibson, Melody Maker, electric guitar. My husband bought it for me for my birthday in May of 1965. I still have the original sales slip. It is in excellent condition. I am the only one that has ever played it and I only played it occasionally. It has the sunburst finish and it is in the original case. The case has some wear. I am including a guitar strap. My husband and I enjoyed playing music together and we played for church and family gatherings as well. He passed away almost 20 years ago and I have not played it since. I would like for someone else to get some pleasure out of it. It's too nice an instrument to just set on a shelf in the closet.
